Amy joined GWTD as a walker/pet sitter in 2010, then when the previous owner retired in 2017 she took the reins. Amy has been known to jump in the reservoir with the dogs on hot summer days and never turns down an opportunity to get dirty on the hikes. Amy has a Pyrenese/Lab mix named Jake, a Mexican terrier rescue named Chloe, and a tortie mix cat named Itty Bitty.

Cheryl is GWTD's most veteran walker, and even though she is *technically* retired from walking now, she just can't stay away and often jumps in to help with walks on busier days. Cheryl has a background in massage therapy, just ask the dogs about her post-hike rubdowns! Cheryl is fur-mom to a beautiful German Shepherd named Nero.

Amanda joined GWTD in 2019 and has been our resident rockstar! Amanda trains for 5k and 10k races frequently and is a Jimmy Fund regular so the dogs are NEVER bored while on their walks with her. Amanda currently shares her life with a rescue Pomeranian named Porkchop, a huge dog in a tiny little body.

Melissa is one of the newer members of GWTD, having joined the team in the fall of 2021. Melissa tried to play favorites when she first started but it turns out she loves ALL of the dogs too much to even consider picking favorites! Melissa doesn't currently have her own dog but gets her fill by doing as much dogsitting as she can.
